These activations have been channeled and created for you at the base of Thunder Mountain in Sedona, Arizona where the energies are strong. It’s where the ancients would visit to do deep spiritual work and I have harnessed much of this great strength for you in these activation exercises. They have also been light coded to amplify their effectiveness. This is similar to using Reiki codes which have also been infused into these activations. All will support your growth and spiritual development in many ways and my intention is that they bring you clarity, deep release, remembrance, joy, and peace.
You can listen and as much or as little as you need. It will vary based on where you are in your life, so use your intuition. Some of these activations are great for everyday psychic hygiene and others are best to do from time to time. You’ll know what to do:))
